The Yungster website located at www.yungster.io (the "Site") and our related services, including the design and development services we provide to clients (collectively, the "Services"), are owned and operated by Yungster LLC ("Yungster", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Services, and describes the choices and rights available to you. Yungster's other products, such as Eikoboard, have their own privacy policies. Your use of the Services is also subject to the Yungster Terms of Service ("Terms"), which include provisions on limitations of liability and resolution of disputes.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES
The Services and our emails may contain links to third party websites, including social media sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services, and not to any other websites or services you may access from them, each of which may have data practices and policies that differ from ours. You should read the privacy policies of any third party websites or services that you visit.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You can browse the Site without giving us any information about yourself. We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Inquiry information: when you send us an inquiry, your name, company, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and your message.
- Client information: if you become a client, the contact details of the people we work with, and your billing details, invoices, and payment history. Payments are processed by Stripe and Intuit QuickBooks Payments. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account numbers; our payment processors handle these details under their own privacy policies (stripe.com/privacy and intuit.com/privacy).
- Communications: what you send us by email, phone, or other channels, and our replies.
- Device and usage information ("Log Data"): your IP address, browser type and settings, device type, operating system, pages you visit, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits, collected by our server logs, Vercel Analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA.
- General location information: your general location, such as country, region, or city, derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the Site, and from third parties such as our payment processors and analytics and security providers.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
"Cookies" are small files that a website places on your browser or device so that the site or its service providers can recognize it later. The Site does not use advertising cookies.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It does not use cookies, and it reports page views and similar measures to us in aggregate.
Spam protection. The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our inquiry form from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and may set cookies, and sends this information to Google for analysis. reCAPTCHA loads only once you start filling in the inquiry form. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block reCAPTCHA, you may not be able to send us an inquiry through the Site, but you can still email us at support@yungster.io.
GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND "DO NOT TRACK"
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is currently nothing for a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal to opt you out of. If we begin to do so, we will treat a GPC signal sent by your browser or device as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, as required by law. Because there is no uniform standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about a potential or current project;
- to perform our Client Agreements and provide our design and development services;
- to send invoices, process payments, and keep accounting records;
- to send you service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
- to operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to understand how it is used;
- to protect our inquiry form and the Site from spam, fraud, and abuse;
- to enforce our Terms and protect the rights, property, and safety of Yungster, our clients, and others; and
- to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from, unrelated to, or incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy without notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent. We may also create de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, which we will maintain and use only in de-identified form.
HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and processors that perform services on our behalf: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), delivery of inquiry emails (Resend), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), payment processing (Stripe and QuickBooks Payments), and accounting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks). They are contractually required to use personal information only to provide services to us and to protect it.
- Legal and safety recipients, such as law enforcement, government authorities, courts, or other parties, when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (b) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Yungster, our clients, or the public.
- Business transferees, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business or assets, in which case personal information may be among the transferred assets and will remain subject to the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
- Others with your consent or at your direction.
No sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months. If we begin to use advertising services that would involve a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so and give you a way to opt out, including through a "Your Privacy Choices" link and by honoring GPC signals.
Sensitive personal information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not use any to infer characteristics about you. Please don't include it in an inquiry.
YOUR CHOICES
Marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send you, by emailing support@yungster.io, or through your account settings. You may not opt out of messages about an inquiry you sent or a project we are working on together.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, as described under "Cookies and Similar Technologies."

Appeals. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing support@yungster.io with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal" within a reasonable time after receiving our response. We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information, including personal information, will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
